Being specialists in recruitment and having a deep understanding of what it takes to get a job in the South West of England, we are in a really strong position to be able to offer advice, guidance and support to those who are struggling to access the jobs market. As part of the Drayton Fox ethos, we are working to support a more engaged region when it comes to employment and coach those people who may find the progression into work more challenging.

Working to be the very best version of yourself starts from a young age and we are working with primary schools to nurture that drive and ambition in children from year 5 upwards.

We are linked to secondary schools where we work with students who are looking to go on to college or university, an apprenticeship or into the world of work. We have programmes designed to support students on their application forms, CV writing, interview techniques, confidence building and presentation skills.

We work with local prisons to support those who are due for release with guidance on their route to the jobs market, confidence building, CV and interview techniques and will give them a flavour of what the jobs market needs in order to inform them on possible courses to take up to further enhance their profile.

We link with universities in the local area, to support those students who are nearing the end of their courses and are starting to apply for jobs – we have programmes designed around topical industry knowledge, interview techniques and key hints and tips that we can offer, from working in the current marketplace to further enhance their applications.
