You will be working for a technical consultancy who are a leading force for managing and assessing fire-stopping measures in new build housing and existing residential properties. You must be happy working in occupied properties. You must have a working understanding of inspecting fire compartmentation and associated passive fire measures within low-rise apartment blocks (timber frame and traditional build).
You’ll also be responsible for report writing and attending weekly client update meetings
Covering Bristol, Somerset & Wiltshire regions.
Do you have excellent knowledge of approved document B, and experience of installing passive fire measures in residential apartment blocks?
£36,000 + full benefits package and excellent mileage
