Proven track record working in an engineering consultancy.
A portfolio of residential & commercial projects – experience of a wide range of project types would be a benefit.
Candidates must be motivated and commercially aware individuals as this opportunity commands over and above the norm of a senior engineering position.

Candidates must hold a suitable engineering degree MEng/BEng in civil or structural engineering, ideally with senior engineer or associate level experience and working towards chartership with the IStructE or ICE.
Experience in delivering Party Wall Surveys is desirable but not essential.Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, analysis and technical design ability are essential and are considered key attributes for the role.
Excellent knowledge of standard engineering practices, techniques, procedures, and Structural principles.
