Drayton Fox is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a mid-sized housing developer.
Our client has three offices in the South West. One in Cornwall, Devon and Bristol. They’re seeking an experienced surveyor to manage two developments from their Exeter office.
The two sites consist of between 30 and 150 plots including houses, apartments and listed building renovations.
The company has a healthy land bank and a large development due to start early in 2023. They have a reputation for building quality homes finished to a high standard.
You will receive a salary of up to £65,000, a car allowance of £5,000, private healthcare, a great pension scheme, and flexible working,
