This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing consultancy in Somerset. With a range of secure clients and busy ongoing project work, they are keen to add an additional Quantity Surveyor or Senior Cost Manager to the team. The consultancy works across a mix of specialisms including commercial, leisure and residential. Working predominately across the South West, they have also taken on assignments in London. Key clients include housing developers & local authority businesses. Projects can range from £250,000 to upwards of £2M and their work runs from inception through to completion of a project within the scope of their remit.
The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience across the construction and cost management – it would be beneficial if you have a good working knowledge of the full RIBA stages.
