Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a consultancy background?
An Exeter-based consultancy, specialising in ultra-luxury residential projects, is recruiting for a Senior QS who’d like to be an Associate within the next 18 months.
What You’ll Do
- Work client-side on projects ranging from £2m to £15m per home
- Deliver 5* luxury for high-profile clients in places like Salcombe, Dartmouth, Polzeath, Rock, and other stunning areas across Devon and Cornwall.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients; from Hollywood actors to business tycoons, you’ll be meeting on-site, at the helipad, or even aboard the occasional yacht.
- Achieve Associate level in 18 months (or sooner) and influence the future of the business.

- Delivering any kind of standard home
