This is a fabulous opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a hugely successful national housebuilder to boost their commercial team in Plymouth. The role would suit a QS with circa 5 years of experience working in a similar role and ideally for a housing developer although that is not essential. A sound understanding of the commercial elements of construction is vital. You must have a proven track record of delivering projects on budget and on time. Ideally based in Devon and you will be required to occasionally travel around the South West region to be site facing.

You will be working alongside a fantastic commercial team with a newly appointed Commercial Director. The expectations are high to ensure the company maintains their strong reputation.
