We are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who will join a reputable housing developer on a permanent basis.
Our client is an established housebuilder and regeneration specialist with a strong national presence. They have two exciting new housing schemes in South Wales due to start imminently. The right candidate will be managing the commercial aspects of both these schemes.
You will be reporting to the Commercial Manager and will be joining an experienced team of surveyors. The role is available due to the increased workload and it offers a salary of up to £55k per annum plus a competitive package.
