In a key position in the team, you will be reporting to the Operations Director and supporting the growth, direction and success of the business. If you have experience working with Part L1a and L1b SAP calculations, L 3,4 & 5 SBEM workings and have a good understanding of carbon and energy reduction policies, this could be an ideal career move for you. A technical role which involves an in-depth working knowledge of net zero carbon building assessments and requirements. Having worked on schemes where complex daylight/sunlight assessments were required would be a benefit. The job requires you to have excellent IT skills and an understanding of AutoCAD.

You will be an expert in building standards & construction, compliance and the physics of building. The role requires you to lead on strategy and guide clients through the early stage project design, support on how to interpret recommendations and how to achieve optimum delivery in the build. You will be working across commercial, residential & domestic projects.

Taking an active and enthusiastic role in imparting your knowledge and experience to junior team members is important, you can use your skills to mentor others.
