We are looking to recruit a Planning & Development Manager who will work with the team to develop and implement the new homes strategy for the coming years. You will provide comprehensive support to the Development & Technical team as required to ensure delivery of planning permissions in line with company targets, for both land led contracting and open market opportunities. You will lead through planning development and coordination, approvals, and appeals before handing over to the technical teams.
You will be qualified to HNC or equivalent level 5 qualification in a related discipline. It is essential you have knowledge and appreciation of project management, estimating and CDM Regulations and Health and Safety in the construction industry. A sound understanding of planning laws, legislations and changes and a track record for delivering projects on time and with the budget in mind are vital. Demonstrating a strong track record in building sustainable relationships and growing a network would be advantageous for success in this role.
