As they continue to go from strength to strength, the Director is looking for someone to join the team and ensure the overall smooth running of the office.
This varied role will involve managing resources, prioritising workload, management of remittance, organising billing to client, filing, minute taking and diary management.
Do you have experience in scheduling and diary coordination? Can you work closely with a busy team to help support their efficiency in day to day tasks?
As you will be working in a small office, the role will extend to some call handling, taking details from new client enquiries and processing of the information relating to ongoing construction & development sites. You are also leading on HR management, for example, sickness, absence & leave processing and basic system updates, with training, relating to the planning applications & reports.
Alongside more general assistant duties, you will work closely with the MD and senior leaders to shape the back office functions required to drive the business forwards.
