Having carved out a fantastic reputation for delivering new homes in the affordable housing space, you will join at a time of continued growth.
This developer is looking for someone with a background as a Construction Director or Commercial Director who is looking to take the step up and become operationally responsible for the running of the entire team.
Ideally, you will have worked for a housebuilder and have been running multiple sites, and teams of people, as well as being involved in a business’s strategic and operational growth.
