They are looking for an Associate Director or Director to take on a senior leadership role. You will be Bristol based although there is an opportunity to take on the leadership of a newly formed Exeter office. They are keen to speak with senior candidates who have a clear understanding of the current challenges in the development industry and can bring with them fresh ideas and relevant property experience to add to their leadership team.
You may be working and living outside of the South West but are keen to relocate to Bristol or Devon. Ideally, you will have a background in Planning or Masterplanning and the skills to lead and develop a team of people. The successful candidate will have entrepreneurial flair and the desire to join a business that has exciting and innovative growth plans, both in terms of staff & personnel and also in its approach to operating in the current land and planning market.
