We are recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a busy, top-end housing developer in Gloucestershire. You will be joining a talented commercial team to offer additional support to the business. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in a similar role in housing, it would also be a huge benefit if you have a good working knowledge of the civils part of the package.
Working closely with the QS and Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for cost estimations and ensuring all expenses are managed during the life cycle of construction housing projects. A good manner and the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders are important. Commercial acumen and the desire to progress your career by working hard and being able to offer solutions to problems would be ideal.
