A well-respected housing developer has made the move to Devon and opened a new Exeter office. Having built a land, planning and construction team they are now looking to add to their commercial team. We are recruiting, on their behalf, for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. With a busy order book of work already in the pipeline, you will be joining a hugely experienced team as they begin their journey in our region.
They are keen to recruit someone with a housing background or someone who has a working knowledge and track record in civils. The successful applicant will ideally come from a similar housebuilder or a civils contractor.
With a broad salary band on offer, the role would suit someone who has little experience but has started their journey in quantity surveying or someone with a few years of working as an Assistant QS but is keen to join a new & exciting housing business.
