You will be working with a regional housebuilder and supporting the commercial team in their delivery of residential developments. The business prides itself on producing high-quality projects, on time and within budget. Providing the very best customer service to those who buy their homes is very important to them.
This role would suit someone ambitious who has experience of buying in the construction industry and is keen to work in a close-knit team to be a part of their continued success. As the assistant materials buyer, you will work alongside the surveyors and commercial manager to successfully identify and procure all materials and products needed for the successful completion of housing building projects.
It would be beneficial if you had worked for a housing developer previously and had a good understanding of UK building regulations. A CSCS card would be a benefit but isn’t essential.
