With an enviable order book of work, the ideal candidates will have experience working on residential schemes including volume housing. This close-knit and talented team is looking to appoint a Project Manager who can show examples of CAD housing layouts, understands house types and housing styles for planning purposes, and has experience in producing street scenes. You must be fully proficient with AutoCAD and have a good working knowledge of UK building regulations and planning requirements. Photoshop would also be an advantage for the successful applicant. This role would be both hands-on with design and CAD blended with a client-facing role and consultant liaison in order to provide a full service to take designs through to planning submission.
In addition to this, this client would love to hear from designers with hand drawing skills and CAD experience specifically aimed at housing layouts for land appraisal. You will be client-facing and meet with all stakeholders involved in the project which would include the local authority, key clients, and external consultants. The successful candidate would take on responsibility for all design elements of a housing scheme and work closely with the technical CAD team to develop the package for planning application.
