Jeni has 15 years of experience working as a recruiter in the West and Wales. She has held roles as a people leader, Strategic Director and Business Director. Her wealth of knowledge spans across multiple sectors of business and industry but she is over the moon to return to her roots and support the development of the property and construction market in the South West and South Wales.
Jeni loves meeting new people, developing ideas and brings understanding and compassion to the recruitment process. She has an excellent track record for growing teams and businesses. She has a keen interest in working with those who struggle to engage with the jobs market and also has experience of working with children and students to support them on their development towards securing their career.
