Uniquely experienced Quantity Surveyor knowledgeable and skilled in most categories of construction including refurbishment, new build, Infrastructure (rail & highways), civils (RC structures), marine works, utilities (water, power) and housing development, now seeking a longterm permanent role.

Experience

Experienced and conversant with all Senior Quantity Surveying tasks including sub-contract procurement, budgets, cost to complete programmes, applications for payment, cash flow, CVR’s, forecasting costs, sub-contract payments, use of COINS, timely contractual notifications, EWN’s and risk reduction meetings, Variations, Compensation Events and quotations, recording delays with evidence, preparing and defending claims, final accounts, investigating historic costs, knowledge of Building Regulations, Passivehaus design.
