A construction director with more than 30 years of housebuilding experience. He is working for a reputable regional housebuilder, delivering between 120 and 150 quality homes a year. Each site consists of 10 to 20 plots and is in Wiltshire, Somerset, or Gloucestershire.
They have held their last three jobs for more than six years, including another head of construction position and a senior contracts manager job for a national housing developer.
After eight years in their current position, they are looking for a new job and would love to join an up-and-coming regional housebuilder that could benefit from their three decades worth of housing, management, and construction knowledge.
